Overview

Child Development Opportunity in ABA Setting – entry-level ABA Therapist role at BK Behavior Ventures. No prior experience required; we provide free training.

Location:

Brooklyn, NY. Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. Part-time position with flexible hours.

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision; record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families; collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course required; training provided if needed.
• Part-time positions with flexible afternoon and evening hours; ideal for students or part-time job seekers.
• Competitive pay: $20-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance.
• No prior ABA experience needed; comprehensive training provided.
• Sign-on and referral bonuses available.
• Looking for candidates who can commit to at least 6 months.
