Assist residents with activities of daily living (toileting, transferring, ambulation, eating, dressing);
Respond immediately to residents' needs and requests;
Assist and lead therapeutic and social activities to enhance residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being;
Assist with meal service and feeding as needed;
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to licensed nurse; follow care plans
