Medical Surgical​/Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift:7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• Local&travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network and no current placement allowed at Program:
Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network.

Required Skills/Experience:Charge experience required and will be performing in this capacity regularly

Unit/Facility Details:Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
• Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Shift&Scheduling:

Monday to Sunday

A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.

Schedule will be 3 x 12s one week and 3 x 12s and an 8H Shift the next. every other w/e and every other holiday Rotation

This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear“Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
