Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Pro Link Staffing Program - Bassett Healthcare Network and no current placement allowed at Program:
Pro Link Staffing Program - Bassett Healthcare Network.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program:

Additional Details:

Previous travelers that have worked at Bassett for 1 year must take a 9 month break before returning as a traveler.

Required Skills/Experience: Strong background in critical care

Preferred Skills/Experience: ED experience highly preferred

Required Credentials: Driver’s License/State

Unit/Facility Details: Travelers will be notified approximately 2 hours prior to their shift where to report

Floating Requirements: Support stepdown and ICU areas across the network. Must be prepared to float between facilities, including critical access and ICU units. Possibility of being floated mid-shift depending on operational needs

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission
