Do you have 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities? Do you have a bachelor's degree in a Human Services field such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work?
Saratoga Bridges is looking for an organized and energetic Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to work with people in our homes in Saratoga County. If you are familiar with these abbreviations and meet the job requirements, then this position may be for you.
In this role, the Program Coordinator works with each individual to develop a life plan. Using Person Centered philosophy, valued outcomes are set. This drives the supports each person will receive. The PC will then train employees on these valued outcomes and observe staff and review documentation. This job requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and time management.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, such as Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. This is required for the QIDP status.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
- OPWDD experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to transport yourself between residential houses

- 2 years of experience working with people with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
- Drivers License.
Preferred
- Experience in OPWDD services preferred.
