We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Executive Assistant - Office of Chief Information Digital Officer, Executive Vice Dean. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing complex daily executive administrative support, coordinates committee and vendor meetings, prepares necessary reports, maintains schedule of calendar, facilitates the flow of communications to and from the Office of Chief Information Digital Officer, Executive Vice Dean.
Plans and executes various assignments and special projects as required such as travel and special events for CIDO. Coordinate with Office of Dean/CEO and other senior leadership across the Medical Center.
- Provides support services to the Office of Chief Information Digital Officer, Executive Vice Dean to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Department and the efficiency of MCIT
- Represents the Office during contact with staff, visitors, as well as individuals and organizations outside of the Medical center.
- Develops and maintains relationships across all organizational lines to facilitate the smooth transmission of information
- Maintains calendar and effectively schedules meetings, conferences and help
- Resolve complex calendaring issues
- Problems Solving and evaluate information and data to help CIDO make decisions
- Prioritizes activities and handles confidential matters with discretion
- Prepares all materials in a professional manner
- Timely follow up on meeting requests
- Arranges travel for CIDO. Makes all conference and other business travel arrangements
- Schedules all appointments and ensure that the CIDO time is effectively managed
- Takes proactive steps toward own professional development. Participates in educational activities, and training offerings within MCIT and NYULH.
To qualify you must have a
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and five years progressive experience. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Excellent oral and written communication a must. Broad knowledge of technology and healthcare preferred. Excellent computer skills are required and attention to detail is a must.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $63,935.04 - $70,140.69 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
