✨ About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EEG Manager to lead and oversee our neuro-diagnostic services in Long Island, NY, with operations based near Bethpage and Rockville Centre. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for managing EEG operations, supervising technologists, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with physicians and clinical leadership to deliver high quality patient care. The ideal candidate is a hands-on EEG professional with strong leadership experience who thrives in a clinical environment and is comfortable balancing patient care, staff management, and operational oversight.
- Oversee daily EEG operations including routine EEG, ambulatory EEG, and long-term monitoring
- Lead, schedule, and support EEG technologists and clinical staff
- Ensure EEG studies meet established clinical protocols, quality standards, and physician requirements
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
- Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development
- Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and quality metrics
- Oversee EEG equipment, maintenance, vendor relationships, and technology platforms
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and operations teams
- Support workflow optimization, process improvement, and program growth
- Perform EEG technician duties as needed
- Any other duties assigned by leadership
Required
- Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) or equivalent certification
- 3 to 5 years of EEG clinical experience
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or charge experience
- Strong knowledge of EEG procedures and neuro-diagnostic standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Preferred
- CLTM or advanced neuro-diagnostic certification
- Experience with ambulatory EEG or long-term monitoring programs
- Experience in hospital, outpatient, or mobile EEG settings
- Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements

Salary range is $75K - $119K, Depending on Experience
