Strategy & Operations Lead, Provider Growth

New York, New York, United States

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.

We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.

Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

About the Role

The Strategy & Operations Lead, Provider Growth will own growing our clinical capacity, one of the company’s most important levers.

This role is responsible for ensuring we can meet client demand by building and scaling the systems that drive clinical capacity. You will own clinical capacity end-to-end: forecasting demand, managing and scaling the recruiting function, and leading cross-functional work to expand capacity through changes in utilization, operating models, and care delivery, without relying solely on clinician headcount growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Product. The scope includes both execution and high-leverage strategic projects, including rethinking how care is delivered in order to sustainably increase capacity. Success in this role directly determines our ability to expand access to care and support >3× growth over the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting team and optimize the clinician funnel, driving efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Build and test new sourcing channels from 0 → 1 to expand top-of-funnel clinician supply
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to unlock clinical capacity beyond net new hiring, including changes to utilization, workflows, and operating models
  • Own clinical capacity projections, including forecasting supply and demand, identifying constraints, and defining plans to close gaps
About You
  • 6-8+ years of experience in consulting and/or a high growth startup
  • Analytical, first-principled thinker who is able to break down ambiguous problems into pieces and weigh which parts matter most
  • You “find a way” no matter the problem, generating creative solutions, doing more with less, and being scrappy
  • High ownership mindset, excited by owning problems end-to-end and being accountable for critical outcomes
  • Bias for action, able to move quickly and decisively
  • A good person who is kind, honest, treats others with respects, and makes it fun to work together

    • Find a Way - We use ingenuity, scrappiness, and determination to bend the world to accomplish our goals. We’re resourceful and do more with less.
    • Raise the Bar - We grow deliberately, by asking…
