We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and a can‑do attitude
, ready to assist patients with their daily living needs.

Alvita Care is a mission‑driven Home Healthcare & Personal Care Agency with four branches and over 500 caregivers. We provide relief and assurance to family members in the areas of In‑Home Personal Care, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management. We have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. All clients are private‑pay; we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

As we expand our circle of care, we are seeking top‑notch caregivers to service Connecticut needs across the five boroughs. We have private‑duty one‑on‑one care cases available as well as facility‑based care cases. All applicants undergo a phone screening and must complete the onboarding process to receive cases.

• Valid HHA/PCA certification in the state of NY.
• At least 1 year of experience as private care.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form.
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging behaviors with care.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate.
• Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus.

• Full‑time, part‑time, & per diem schedule options available.
• 6‑12 hour daytime shifts available; overnight shifts occasionally.
• Weekend availability and shift flexibility.
• Supportive and respectful work environment.
• Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check).

Port Washington, NY: $19.10–$21.00 per hour (2 months ago).

Mount Vernon, NY: $19.85 per hour (4 months ago).

White Plains, NY: $19.85 per hour (4 months ago).

Other locations include Bergen County, Hudson County, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens (immediate local cases available).
