Job Summary
We’re seeking a compassionate RN to join our team in a residential setting in New York City.

What You Will Be Doing
- As the Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating healthcare services and supporting residents in their recovery and wellness journey.
- You will provide both direct nursing care and client education, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care and patient education in a sub-acute residential environment.
- Conduct client triage and support both medical and psychiatric appointments.
- Facilitate psycho educational seminars and provide accurate medical information.
- Utilize technology systems to document care and communicate effectively.
- Train staff on medication access procedures and conduct quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure safe storage and disposal of all medications.
- Coordinate care between internal teams and external healthcare providers.
- Lead client orientations, administer screening tools, and manage appointment schedules.
- Participate in case conferences and training seminars.

What You Will Need
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York State.
- Experience working in substance use disorder or behavioral health settings.
- Experience in sub-acute residential care preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Proficient with general computer systems and documentation tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- BSN from an accredited institution is preferred.
