Office Manager - Cecil Ivory House at Bowery Residents' Committee

- Supervise assigned staff
- Provide administrative support for program staff
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Log resident checks
- Input client statistics in the database
- Order supplies and complete all vouchers
- Responsible for completing all funding reports
- Perform clerical functions including reception and word processing as needed
- Complete related duties as assigned
Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, word processing, and typing skills
- Ability to use independent judgment
- Basic computer literacy required
- Vaccination preferred but not required
