We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our Magnet-designated Nursing team. You will provide support to the inpatient nursing staff while helping ensure the comfort and safety of our patients and their families.

• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse and assist patients in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle patient care situations with integrity, compassion, and professionalism
• Take vital signs, perform EKGs, and collect specimens
• Collaborate with the clinical team and provide assistance with procedures as needed
• Use basic computer and data entry skills to support clinical documentation

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare-related experience in one or more of the following roles:
  Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Medical Technician, Phlebotomist, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• OR:
  If less than 2 years of experience, a Nursing Assistant or other healthcare-related certification obtained within the past 12 months, AND at least 1 year of healthcare-related experience in one of the listed roles
• BLS certification required by time of hire
• Epic EMR experience preferred

  Nights 7pm-7:30am;
  Monday through Friday with weekend and holiday rotation

Pay Range: $23.54 - $35.44
