LPN - Long Term Care
Contract
Starting at: $40 per hour
As a valued LPN at Work Fit Medical Staffing, you will be providing essential support to patients in long-term care settings. Your dedication will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.
Responsibilities- Administering prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
- Monitoring resident health and documenting changes and progress.
- Assisting patients with daily activities and personal care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current.
