Med Elite is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Medical Equipment Technician to support the maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and other medical equipment used across our partner facilities. This role is critical to ensuring equipment functionality, timely service resolution, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and comfortable traveling as needed to support nationwide operations.
Responsibilities- Handle all RPM and related medical equipment for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests related to equipment issues
- Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, and testing of medical equipment
- Coordinate equipment deployment, retrieval, and inventory management
- Provide technical support and guidance to field staff and facility partners
- Document service activities and maintain accurate equipment records
- Travel up to 50% nationwide to support equipment needs across facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience servicing or maintaining medical equipment or technology preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to lift, transport, and handle medical equipment
