We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This role leverages lived experience to provide peer-based support, encouragement, and guidance to clients as they navigate their recovery journey. The CRPA will work closely with clients in both individual and group settings, helping them access resources and build skills that promote long-term recovery.

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals in recovery
• Facilitate or co-facilitate recovery-focused group sessions
• Share lived experience in a professional and appropriate manner to inspire and motivate clients
• Assist clients in identifying goals and developing recovery-oriented plans
• Connect clients to community resources, services, and support networks
• Encourage engagement in treatment, recovery programs, and supportive activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times

• Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) certification required
• Lived experience with recovery from substance use disorders
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
• Understanding of recovery-oriented systems of care
• Reliable, empathetic, and committed to supporting others in recovery
