The RoleWe are hiring a Healthcare Recruiting Manager to lead the build out of Elios’ healthcare business in northeast, based out of New York City.
This is a full cycle role combining business development, recruiting, and client management.
You will be responsible for developing new healthcare client relationships, managing searches, and delivering high quality talent across multiple healthcare verticals.
As the northeast territory grows, you will play a key role in shaping the team. We will layer in recruiters and account representatives over time, and this role will naturally evolve into a leadership position with expanded scope and responsibility.
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, accountable, and motivated by building something meaningful from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities- Build and expand Elios’ healthcare client base in New York City and the northeast corridor.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle including business development, intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and placement
- Develop trusted relationships with healthcare executives, hiring managers, and clinical leaders
- Manage multiple searches across healthcare specialties while maintaining high quality and responsiveness
- Partner closely with executive leadership on market strategy, growth planning, and client development
- Serve as the face of Elios healthcare in New York City.
- Help define processes and best practices as the territory scales
- Mentor and support future recruiters and account representatives as they are added to the team
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting with a strong track record of placements and client success
- Demonstrated ability to run a full desk including sales and recruiting
- Strong communication skills with confidence in executive level conversations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Highly organized, disciplined, and results driven
- Comfortable balancing growth focused business development with delivery excellence
- Must be based in New York City
- Healthcare recruiting experience is required
- Documented accomplishments that demonstrate recruiting and business development success
- Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment
- Ability to grow with the role as the Texas market expands
This is a foundational hire for Elios in the northeast.
You will have real influence over how the market is built, how clients are served, and how the team grows around you.
