Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
* Direct, coordinate, and supervise program operations, including clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Ensure care is person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program’s Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients.
* Represent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies.
* Ensure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards.
* Facilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision.
* Provide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed.
* Ensure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards.
* Monitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
LCSW or LMHC-D licensure required
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical program setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of person-centered, trauma-informed care practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with external agencies.
** Salary Range: $83,000 - $93,000
