We are hiring a full‑time Clinical Social Worker III (LCSW) to join our interdisciplinary team at Vida Guidance Center in the Bronx, NY. Vida is an Article‑31 Mental Health Center serving families in the community. As an LCSW therapist at Vida, you will conduct individual and group psychotherapy with adults and/or children and families. This is a hybrid position with 4 onsite days and 1 remote day.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Familiarity with evidence‑based modalities.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting required.

• Complete documentation in accordance with OMH regulations and monitor treatment plans for patients.
• Provide bio‑psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments.
• Conduct individual psychotherapy for assigned group of patients.
• Maintain skills and knowledge in clinical theory and practice to help patients overcome dependencies, adjust to life, and make changes.
• Provide counseling to family members to assist with understanding and supporting patients.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary and refer patients or families to community resources.
• Provide consultation to medical providers and collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment and intervention programs.
• Participate in clinical team meetings.

Minimum $85,000 per year;
Maximum $94,000 per year

Hybrid based out of VIDA Guidance Center, Bronx, NY. Will work M‑F with 1 day per week in SVDP. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
