We are currently seeking a Full-Time Adult Home Administrator to join our team in Bayport, NY. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to empowering others.
What You'll DoAs the Administrator, you will:
- Associate's degree in human services related field required
- 3 years' experience working with individuals in human services field
- 3 years supervisory experience in human services related field
- Physical Requirements:
Sits, stands, stoops, squats, walks, and moves intermittently during work hours, may push or pull 10-15 pounds daily, may push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally. - A valid NYS Driver's License in good standing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with on-call coverage.
Reports to: Associate Director of Congregate Care
Supervises: Adult Home Assistant Administrator and Adult Home Care Aides
