Position Summary
Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while practicing at the top of licensure. Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care across the continuum and support patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license
• AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
• BSN preferred
• Prior RN experience preferred
• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Document accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
• Educate and support patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Work Environment
Fast-paced clinical setting requiring standing, lifting up to 35 lbs, and exposure to infectious diseases and emotional stress.
