Ratios: 1: 3-5 for days and weekends; 1:3-6 for nights
RTO: 7 days MAX

Float: may be floated to the corresponding sister units. West 2, West 3, and Observation unit are all sister units.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: PCU and MS Tele, Surgical pre and post; ENT, general Surgery, Trauma surgery, Ortho surgery. Overflow medical diagnosis patients. Rare Pediatric patient, Travelers not assigned unless experienced.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: TCAR preferred

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
** Mixed acuity unit PCU, MS Tele and MS pts;

REQUIRED:

must have PCU/IMC experience within the last 3 years. Ratios adjusted by acuity.
