About Us: Rego Park Healthcare is a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Corona, Queens. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents. As a Nursing Home Concierge you will serve as a point of contact and resource for residents and their families, offering assistance with a variety of needs and helping to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment.

You will act as a liaison between residents, staff, and families, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of care.

• Greeting and orienting residents and visitors: providing a welcoming presence and helping new residents get settled.
• Assisting with daily needs: scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, coordinating with family members, and managing mail.
• Providing information and resources: connecting residents with relevant services, activities, and community resources.
• Facilitating communication: ensuring clear communication between residents, families, and the nursing home staff.
• Enhancing the resident experience: going above and beyond to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents, creating a more enjoyable and personalized living experience.
