This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Amherst, NY for a Patient Service Representative. The Patient Service Representative will perform a variety of tasks, including appointment scheduling, handling patient inquiries with professionalism, verifying insurance information, and ensuring seamless communication across medical services. The role requires working closely with patients and medical staff to support smooth office operations and exceptional patient care.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and effective Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Insurance Verification and a solid understanding of Medical Terminology
• Familiarity with Medical Office operations and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional medical office training is a plus
