Location: New York
An organization supporting the reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals is seeking a Case Manager responsible for day-to-day management of a caseload. The role includes facilitating counseling sessions, assisting clients in accessing community resources, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will have experience in substance abuse and criminal justice issues, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with some college preferred.
This position is located in Harlem, NY.
