• Providing a reassuring presence during the patient experience
• Collecting demographic and insurance information
• Registering patients for procedures and appointments
• Scheduling and maintaining daily appointments
• Collecting co‑payments and fees
• Checking insurance eligibility in real time

• Some college coursework
• Experience working in a busy medical practice
• Familiarity with Epic
• Experience with insurance authorization
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of clerical experience

Location:

Forest Hills, Queens.

Schedule:

full‑time (36.25 hours/week), 9 am–5 pm (hours may vary and may include Saturday coverage). All roles require on‑site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
