Description
Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)
Compensation: 35-50% of Net Collections
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee;
Non-Exempt
Schedule: Varies based on caseload (Preference for early evenings ~4pm-7pm)
Location: This is an in-person role based out of Manhattan, NY

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload with a minimum of 5 clients per day; a minimum of 10 clients per week required
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Compensation: 35%-50% of Net Collections

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications- Active, unrestricted license:
Psychologist (PsyD or PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in New York) - Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
- PCIT certification
- Experience with the ASD population
