• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

• Active New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Travel OT experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs in a hospital and SNF setting
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans based on physician prescriptions or referrals
• Document patient progress, update clinical records, and adjust OT care plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and community members on occupational therapy best practices
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive patient care planning
• Perform related duties to advance patient outcomes and facility goals in a clinical environment
