We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community.

Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home.

• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Experience supervising staff and medication oversight in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment
• Prioritize, multi-task, and work independently

• Active LPN certification and license
• Driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus
• Caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors  orders
