Senior Care Therapy is seeking full‑time or part‑time Licensed Psychologists to join our mission of providing in‑person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub‑acute, long‑term care, and assisted living facilities throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
Compensation DetailsSalary ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 yearly with uncapped fee‑for‑service bonus opportunity.

- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in sub‑acute or skilled nursing facilities.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
- Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the clinician‑designed EHR in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. - Active, unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in the state of application.
- Effective oral and written communication in English and Cantonese.
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to provide in‑person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes per session.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices throughout the day.
- Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.
- Previous clinical experience in a sub‑acute, long‑term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
- History of treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Psychotherapy or addictions experience is a plus.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
