Split Rock Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility in the Bronx.
Our dynamic Rehab Department seeks a full‑time PTA to support our dedicated team of therapists.
Qualifications- Must have current NY State PTA license.
- Must be compassionate, caring and have a passion for providing high‑quality care.
- Long‑term care experience preferred.
- Experience with Sigma Care and Rehab Optima is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
