OverviewThis is a full-time day position, Monday through Friday with hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is located Fresh Meadows, NY.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Act as a liaison between staff and coordinate with other departments and services for efficient operations.
- Interpret and enforce medical group policies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in developing cost-effective systems (e.g., scheduling, productivity).
- Retrieve and verify data from practice systems.
- Recommend improvements to systems and operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Maintain effective communication across departments and with senior management.
- Address and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Participates in the hiring decisions and conduct performance evaluations.
- Set performance standards and monitor quality.
- Schedule work, provide training, and support staff development.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Implement initiatives to boost morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Enhance patient satisfaction through communication, empathy, and feedback.
- Ensure smooth scheduling and address patient concerns.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communications skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; initiative and ability to solve problems independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Salary Range: $74,000-$111,000/Annual
