Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist – 13 Weeks – Forest Hills, NY

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5
On-Call: None (Call possible on Saturdays, rotating, during the day)

About the Role
Human Edge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Forest Hills, New York. The ideal technologist will be comfortable working across adult, geriatric, bariatric, OB, and nursery populations while performing a full range of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard nuclear medicine procedures using appropriate instruments, equipment, and radiation safety standards

• Conduct both diagnostic and cardiac nuclear imaging studies (cardiac experience strongly preferred)

• Operate nuclear medicine computer applications and hospital systems

• Document and communicate patient information accurately

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License

• NMTCB or ARRT (R)(N)

• 1 year of nuclear medicine experience

• Familiarity with standard nuclear medicine procedures, instruments, and equipment

• Knowledge of computer applications related to nuclear medicine

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience

• Experience with both diagnostic and cardiac nuclear medicine procedures
