* Experience with shift scheduling a plus!
* High school level of knowledge.
* Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post secondary business school preferred.
* Detail attentiveness required for this busy hospital department. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.
* Exceptional organizational skills a must. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments/projects with accuracy needed
* Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post-secondary business school preferred.
* Five years prior experience, with experience in both administrative support preferred. Proficiency with computer software.
* Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred.

The qualified candidate will:
* Be responsible for creating shift schedules for 1-2 units in hospital setting.
* Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure efficient and effective staffing patterns for the hospitals.
* Perform the clerical duties required by Nursing Administration Division.
