The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $ to $. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job SummaryThe Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all Pernod Ricard North America (PRNA) non-industrial employees. This person leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health & Safety (H&S) programs, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements. This role is critical to advancing Pernod Ricard's priorities around safety, employee engagement, and overall wellbeing, while fostering a strong safety culture across a geographically dispersed organization.

WhatYou'll Do
Health & Safety Roadmap
- Lead and implement the PR Global non-industrial H&S operating requirements across North America, including risk assessments, ergonomics, driving safety, contractors and visitors, electrical safety, and internal and external events.
- Own the North America H&S roadmap and LIFE Assessment action plan, providing monthly updates to the North American Executive Team and regular performance updates to PRNA Leadership.
- Lead the monthly North America H&S Committee and partner with local H&S Coordinators/Champions to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
- Track and report key safety performance indicators, including Lost Time Accidents (LTAs), Care Tours, and Care Visits.
- Drive advocacy and engagement around a strong safety culture and wellbeing mindset across the organization.
- Training & Awareness
- Implement, track, and adapt Global mandatory Care by Learning (H&S) training programs to meet local business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the PRNA non-industrial lead for Global H&S trainings, programs, and initiatives.
- Lead the annual H&S & Wellbeing Day/Week, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive awareness and participation.
- Continuously evolve H&S programs, processes, and reporting to reflect new requirements, risks, and best practices.
- Health & Safety Communications
- Partner with the Communications team to plan and deliver targeted H&S campaigns that reinforce awareness, compliance, and a culture of prevention.
- Incident Reporting & Data Analysis
- Own the incident management and reporting system (Intelex), ensuring accurate, timely reporting of lost time incidents, near misses, and first aid cases.
