What we’re looking for:
Metro Community Health Centers is seeking a talented and driven Patient Experience Representative to manage the outreach to potential patients while building value in the MCHC brand. The Patient Experience Representative will be the liaison between the patients and our clinics and assist with the scheduling of appointments for our comprehensive health services while providing the highest quality customer service. This role will primarily be tasked with patient intake and scheduling visits, though the position will also be cross‑trained to solve patient issues via phone, email and Zoom.
As an integral part of our call center, PER the will work closely with the Call Center Director to achieve departmental operation efficiencies and be the driving force that connects Metro Community Health Centers to the community.
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of e-Clinical Works electronic health record software preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- At least 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Adheres to the agency’s corporate compliance program, including the code of business contact, the NYS and federal false claims acts, whistle blower protections and mandatory reporting. Completes corporate compliance training at least annually. Fully cooperates in all compliance investigations and reviews.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
No supervision responsibilities
Location- Metro Community Health Centers CALL CENTER - Bronx Site
- $18-$22 per hour
