* Previous experience or graduated from a Nursing Assistant program preferred.
* Ability to document on medical records and patient care forms and understand printed health related material.
* One year or more experience as a Nurse Assistant preferable.
* Computer experience preferred. Works effectively with others, possess tact, discretion and diplomacy.
* Ability to work under stress and complete duties sometimes with numerous interruptions.
* Must be able to write legibly and be able to document, accurately, type of care given.
* Must be able to communicate information to supervisor and co-workers.
* Must be familiar with equipment used to move patients, take vital signs and document.
* Ability to understand printed health related material.
* BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire
* High school level of knowledge
