** What You’ll Do
*** Perform routine and complex testing on clinical specimens in the microbiology laboratory, including
** mycology, bacteriology, and parasitology**.
* Troubleshoot instruments and methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Execute all quality control procedures and assist in evaluating new equipment, reagents, and methodologies.
* Work in a
** state-of-the-art, 24-hour facility
** designed to maximize your skills and training.
** Shift Details**
* ** Per Diem position
** at New York-Presbyterian Queens.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Microbiology experience as a Laboratory Technologist.
* ASCP certification.
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in
** Medical Technology
** or a related health science field.
* ** New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure
** from the New York State Education Department.
