Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Integrated Community Nursing Service on the Isle of Wight. Community nursing is changing rapidly and we provide all aspects of nursing care at home for many patients who would have traditionally remained in hospital.

You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients and staff receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards excellence.

The three locality teams work closely with our colleagues from Earl Mountbatten Hospice, Urgent Community Response, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, GPs, Practice Nurses, Specialist Nurses, mainland hospitals and outside agencies, such as Age UK and the Local Authority.

We would expect you to have good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate that you are an evidence-based practitioner.

We work across three locality teams and depending on the service need you may be required to work at any or all localities.
