ICU Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Overview

Our client has multiple openings for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our ICU Float Pool team. As a member of our float pool, you will provide high-quality patient care on a rotating basis across various ICUs, including Medical, Surgical, and Cardiovascular units, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and high patient satisfaction.

• Provide nursing care across multiple ICU units on a rotating basis as part of the ICU Float Pool.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure seamless patient transitions and satisfaction.

• Current NY state RN license.
• ASN, BSN, or MSN degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of ICU experience.
• Proficient in medication management, ventilator care, and critical care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

• Previous experience in a float pool or unit setting.
• Critical care certification (CCRN, CMC, PCCN).
• Bilingual or multi lingual skills.
• Basic EKG and ACL S certifications.
