• Flexible Work Options: We offer per diem and part-time hybrid positions
  , with a minimum commitment of 10 patient hours a week, including one-third of those hours spent onsite
  , providing a balanced and adaptable work schedule.

• Competitive salary: $120-180 per hour based on a $60 per visit fee.

• Part time or Per-diem hybrid provider (utilizing fee-for-service model)
• Experience with children and adolescents is a huge plus!
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Evaluate & treat psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe and monitor medications
  , ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Screen patients for higher levels of care and refer as needed.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive and collegial environment.

• Active NYS license and registration as a PMHNP-BC.
• DEA License.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with pediatrics and Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus!
