Hospitalist APP​/Off | Massena, NY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full-time at Massena Hospital in Northern New York. This is a permanent 7 on / 7 off day shift position with competitive compensation and strong work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (12-hour day shifts)
• Rate: $75–$80 per hour (W2)
• Annual Flex Expense Account: $25,000 (for benefits or PTO)
• Comprehensive Coverage: Malpractice and tail coverage provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and manage daily inpatient rounds
• Update and maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate closely with attending physicians and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
• Provide care in a small, team-based hospital environment
• Suboxone certification preferred (training available if not current)
• ACLS certification and an active New York State license required
