Position Overview Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 15-week travel assignment in Warwick, New York. This role requires a pharmacist with specialized experience in preparing chemotherapy medications while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. Responsibilities
• Safely prepare and compound chemotherapy medications in compliance with USP and guidelines
• Accurately prepare and dispense medications as ordered by physicians
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs and maintain proper documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, oncologists, and the healthcare team to support patient care
• Provide medication expertise and counseling as needed
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations Qualifications
• Active New York State Pharmacist license required
• Experience in compounding chemotherapy medications required
• Prior hospital or oncology pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of USP / standards
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols Assignment Details
