Duration: 3-4+ months of Contract with (temp-to-hire)

Schedule: Alternating week schedule

Schedule A: Mon-Fri (6:00 am - 1:00 pm) & Sat (6:00 am - 12:00 pm) EST

Schedule B: Mon-Fri (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) EST

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr on W2

• Min. 6 months of professional Phlebotomist experience is required.
• The Patient Services Representative I(PSR I) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• The PSR Idraws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• The PSR Ihas direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.
• The PSR Iwill demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
