• Lead the development of analytical capabilities related to evaluating performance with capitated risk partnerships
• Act as a thought partner to Client and Product teams for strategic approaches to risk partnerships and value‑based care models
• Design and implement standardized analytical frameworks to enhance efficiency and impact

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of professional experience in claims‑based healthcare analytics
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies
• 2+ years in a lead/management role, directing analytic talent
• 5+ years of SQL and/or SAS programming experience with large healthcare datasets

• Experience presenting actionable business insights to client executives and internal leadership
• Familiarity with value‑based care models and utilization management frameworks
