Licensed Master Social Worker

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at JDR Integrative Psychotherapy. The LMSW will provide therapeutic support to clients through individual, group, and family sessions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves advocating for clients, connecting them to community resources, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address their needs.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and case management
• Proficiency in providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client documentation
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
