Join an exciting opportunity to create business continuity and strengthen healthcare resilience! We are seeking a dynamic Program Director for Resilience and Business Continuity to lead strategic initiatives that safeguard operations across clinical, IT, and emergency preparedness domains. In this pivotal role, you will partner with executive leadership to design and implement robust recovery strategies, risk assessments and training programs that empower our organization to respond effectively to both anticipated and unforeseen challenges.

• Master’s degree
• Certification in Business Continuity Managementidega (CBCP, CHPCP, CCRP) or related certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or related field
• 5‑7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare resilience, emergency management, risk management, or business continuity
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, HHS, FEMA)
• Proven experience leading crisis response and recovery efforts in a complex healthcare environment
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all clinical and administrative levels
• Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure in high‑stakes, matrixed environments
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, IT resilience, and operational dependencies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and develop effective contingency plans

$115,000‑$130,000/Annual

All roles require on‑site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
