Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. The role involves supporting internal and external customers nationwide in a technically exciting environment.

  • Must have a Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Must have completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
  • Demonstrated ability for independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process.
  • Ability to set priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills for discussing conflicts and seeking assistance when needed.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $80,000 per year. It is a full-time role (Monday - Friday) offering flexible paid vacation days, paid holidays, and various benefits including:
