LPN - Residential Health Care Facility

Overview

Rome Health is seeking LPNs for their Residential Health Care facility. The LPN collects data and administers nursing care and procedures on adult residents in an efficient, empathetic and timely manner, under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Acts as a resident advocate and reinforces health teaching. Manages CNAs to provide excellent patient care in a dignified, safe and caring manner.

Located on the third floor of the hospital, the RHCF is an 80-bed nursing home that provides long-term care, short-term rehab, and respite care. Join a team that encourages staff engagement to foster the highest standards of excellence and service.

Qualified candidates must possess a current New York LPN license.
