Description

We are looking for a Product Analyst with proven experience in digital transformation, healthcare systems, and regulated environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer needs into intuitive product experiences, drive innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes across Life Sciences and Health Care domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help with product vision, roadmap, and delivery for healthcare and life sciences solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Understand complex healthcare ecosystems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR).
  • Work with Product Managers/Owners for digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven capabilities, data-informed decisions, and user insights.
  • Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor in regulated environments.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Eight years of experience in product management, with exposure to healthcare systems, life sciences, or digital health platforms.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint execution.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex products within aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with consumer health apps, SaaS platforms, or CMS-led content strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions and data analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
