Job SummaryDesignated as a Center of Excellence in New York State, The Center for Discovery offers advanced care and groundbreaking research for complex conditions. The Behavioral Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services using applied behavior analysis and other evidence‑based strategies, focusing on individuals across all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analysis.
- Provide hands‑on intensive skills training.
- Deliver staff consultation and training.
- Collaborate within large teams and manage flexible scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field.
- Experience with school‑aged children/adolescents (ages 5‑21) with autism.
- Preferred:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Preferred:
Experience in behavior analysis.
This is a 12‑month full‑time position with a flexible schedule that may include weekend and evening hours. Days are 5‑8 hours.
